The hotel is in a beautiful location, and being 100 years old is steaped in history and tradition. A fabulouse relaxing vacation.

We had a great stay at a well-located hotel in Zahle. The spacious room had hot water all the time and a comfortable mattress. Breakfast was satisfactory. Despite the limited help from the staff in terms of nearby attractions, we enjoyed the impressive building and the lively atmosphere in the city. I would recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

Lovely building recently refurbished. Good sized rooms with good facilities. Pleasant staff. Very professionally run. Best hotel in Zahle.
Buffet lunch on Easter Sunday with lots of Lebanese large families who were very well dressed was very good. Standard breakfast was a bit disappointing.

My Christmas getaway was enjoyable! I loved the two complementary bottles of water, a lovely addition! the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops, and the view of the creek was stunning! the room was cozy and had a comfortable bed that ensured I had a good night's sleep.
The lack of amenities in the bathroom.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with comfortable rooms and all the basic amenities. The location in a calm area of the city allows for a peaceful stay. The staff provides attentive service and the breakfast is delicious. I also loved the balcony in my room, which offered a great view.
No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

While it holds five stars and the lobby is very nice we found that the rooms need significant upgrading (a few things broken). Also tried to go to the pool but found the pool chairs very dirty and no help. The buffet breakfast was very well stocked but not up to 5 star level. This is certainly the best hotel in town but needs a bit of work to claim the 5 stars . A pleasant stay for one night (our case) but not a vacation hotel

1) Our door night atmosphere...... 2) I would like to thank Hussain (receptionist) for his help and smails.
I don't like Rola (receptionist) attitude, Kadri Hotel should train their staff how to talk with the guest.

We loved the complementary dried fruit, the welcoming staff, the building and the massive double bed! A few reasons we chose the hotel were for a little bit of luxury at a great price. The main reason was it's location to Baalbek (40min drive!). Wish we stayed longer!

Staff very efficient
Booked because of the pool - it had no water in it. Breakfasts were dreadful.
